There must be demand for establishing industries,factories,software hubs or incubation centres. so that people living here gets employment oppurtunities and town will expand.with out bringing any employment resources one cannt make any town developed.I hope that CUDA should try for these type of resources so that people could be benifited.

Unfortunately there is no big hospitals in chittoor
luckily apollo mega health city is constructed when it will start its services are unknown
rvs and aragoda apollo is only present big hospitals in chittoor
all the people who suffer with major illness are going to cmc,tirupai svims,chennai,banglore for medical treatments.
people who suffer severe medical condition may or may not survive in chittoor because of poor hospitality available
there is no 24 hr running emergency hospitals which can provide immediate medical attention with best facilities
doctors in chittoor are not in mood to treat patients in odd hours.no doctor gives his mobile numbers to contact in emergency.

sadly there are no such star hotels in chittoor.only BANS is the only one hotel serving at chittoor with somewhat better conviniences.

all other hotels are poorly hygenic with low taste and high costs

we cannot see any national/internatinal restaurant braches like KFC,Dominos,mc donalds non veg centres etc

It is very disapponting to say that there is no organisation in chittoor that offers above 30000 monthly salary for educated eligible graduates.most of the people working here in chittoor are very low payed .only government employees lifes seems better due to ther global state salary scheme.

Most educated here are going to bangalore,chennai or other cities for better life livng oppurtunities.
Chittoors elected leaders never ask for all of the below keeping peoples welfare in mind they are
they dont ask for good hosptals in chittoor because CMC revenue may go down.
they never claim government medcal college or for government engineering college so that private institutions get apprecations.
They never fight about asking National highways for bangalore or chennai though it is getting delayed even after sanctioning because people might feel proud of their town
They dont like to get any big industries as they are much concerned on environment pollution,
They dont want any IT corridors or incubation centres because they are very broad minded so that people of chittoor should not get happier.
they dont think to  widen the town because people may suffer for inconvinence
they will not construct and develop any parks and refreshing gardens because people might get sunstroke sitting in parks
they dont entertain town buses because people may save their money unnecesarily
they dont welcome any business enterprenuer to build and develop 7/5/3/atleast 2 star hotels or refreshment parks they are very concerned about chittoor peoples time sense and dont want to make people lazy by welcoming unwanted refreshments
they dont encourage shoppng malls/gold malls/Hi-fi cinema theatres as not to pomp and show  
They will not construct any marriage halls,function halls
last but not least people cannot see them once after they are elected.

See how leaders are always thinking about development of chittoor town and living people
